Prefabricated Container Houses

Prefabricated container houses, also known as modular or prefab containers, are prefabricated structures produced using an industrialized process. All components are manufactured in the factory and then transported to the construction site for quick assembly. This efficient building method shortens the construction cycle while reducing the requirements for on-site conditions.

The modular design of prefab container houses makes them suitable for a wide range of applications, including office space, accommodation, emergency facilities, and sanitation units. For example, on construction camps and oilfield bases, prefab container houses provide fast and cost-effective temporary space solutions. With durability, mobility, and cost efficiency, they have become the ideal choice for temporary buildings.

Types of Prefabricated Containers

1. Detachable Container House
All parts can be disassembled and customized in both size and structure. Assembly is completed on-site according to project needs.

2. Flat Pack Container House
Designed with an integrated top and bottom structure. While customization flexibility is more limited, this design ensures stability.

3. Folding Container House
The fastest option to install—simply lift and unfold to create living or working space. Due to frame limitations, customization is relatively restricted.

4. Expandable Container House
Expandable container houses, also known as biplane expandable container houses, expand the space of the house by nearly three times compared to before expansion. Can produce 20 foot and 40 foot extended houses, and can also be customized according to customer needs.

Customization Options

  • Steel Frame Options
Developed for different budgets, allowing clients to choose the most cost-effective solution for their projects.

  • Wall Panels
Insulation materials include rock wool, polyethylene, polyurethane, and PIR, with thicknesses up to 100 mm.

  • Doors
Standard units use steel fireproof doors, with optional anti-theft doors or doors fitted with security bars for added protection.

  • Windows
Available in aluminum or PVC, with additional features such as internal roller blinds.

  • Roof Additions
To adapt to various climates, sloped roof options are available. A double-layer roof can block external hot air and help regulate indoor temperatures—particularly beneficial in tropical regions.

  • Additional Features
To simplify purchasing, office furniture and electrical equipment can also be provided as part of a complete solution.

With their efficiency, versatility, and practical customization, prefabricated container houses offer a trusted solution for temporary and mobile space needs.
